I ordered, you took my money, and then nothing!!!

I placed an order for Valentine's day, but as I was late, this order was supposed to be sent this morning. I have a few questions........ Why was my order not delivered yet? Why did I get a call informing me that the product was not in stock? Why was I told that a manager would contact me and discuss this, and this has not happened? Why can nobody tell me where my order is and what is going on?

I know.... because you cannot run an online business properly, and don't care about customers!!!!
