I need IBT

I bought staff through lay bye and I have lost the receipt and I on that transaction of lay bye it was 3 pairs of shoes 2 sandals of walkmates and walkmates shoes,so this pair of walkmates shoes is small and when I went to the nearest store at MALL OF THE NORTH they said they don't have stock and as long as I lost the reipt they said they are going to refund me according to the current price Sale price of I don't want refund I need shoes but size 7.so they check on the system for me the found stock at Killaney Mall it was showing 4 items.so they said they are not allowed to do IBT from other stores since covid.i did even go to Savanna store for reprint of the slip because I made my final payment on 15/12/2022.they said they don't have records for lay bye ,system cancel automatically after final payment. So please help me to get the shoes from Killarney mall because on online there is no stock, *** I need size 7 and my daughter is going to wedding on weekend
