I need help... I made an online order with Woolworths on the 8th August 2023, ref no ***1. Payment method was Payfex and now paying PAYFEX while waiting 4them to cancel n refund. Attempt delivery was on the 15th August 2023, order was then taken back to warehouse, when follow up was told it was canceled and will be refunded. I have been asking for my refund since. I am not happy with the services and my first experience with woolies dash was a bad one...
