I just want to pay them

A unfortunate turn of event caused me to put myself under debt review, I have recently come into some money and would like to pay my account in full but have been trying in vain to get my balance, I phoned two weeks ago and they said I must phone there recovery agent east-on berry, I phoned them and they said I'm not on their books I then phoned head office again, where nobody could help me again. I phoned a few days later and I spoke to a nadia who told me I must send a email to debt review quieries, which I did but after another week have heard nothing. Worst is I got calls daily for payment, but in this two weeks have had no calls. I just want to pay them why cant anyone help me
