I have to go to Home Affairs and get new ID just to change store card back to ****en name!!!

Please explain to me why I need to go to Home Affairs to get a new ID, just because I want to change my surname back to my ****en name for my Store Card??? I have both IDs and green book is still very much a valid form of identification!

This is honestly the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I have done this so many times and at other places and never experienced a hiccup.

At this rate I’ll just close my account with you guys, because you’re absolutely ridiculous!!!
