I have received no feed back regarding the matter

On the 28 Nov 2014 I bout myself a top worth R899 from Woolworths in Canal Walk and on the 25th Dec 2014 I had the top on and realized the colour comes off because I had white jeans on so this colour came out on my white jeans on that day. On the 13 Jan 2015 I went to Woolworths Tygervalley to return the top and there the lady I dealt with there was Lwandile the store manager. I have explain the matter to her and I told her that I don't want a refund but I need another top or something of that value she rep**** saying that she will take away to the supplier or to Head Office. a week later from the 13 Jan I received a call from her saying they are still trying to see what can be done about the matter and I have been waiting to hear from them till today I heard nothing from them and no one never got back to me till today. <br> <br> I don't know what to do anymore as I was told to wait they get back to me. and I feel that I just gave R899 Woolworths.
