I have never experienced such poor service

I just l received the most appalling service at Woolworths Clearwater. I felt like l was in Shoprite, the service given by the cashier is not of the standard l am accustomed to at woolies. He is definitely not ready to be client facing or needs training on customer service. I got to the till but the basket on the counter. I put my bag down to look for my Woolworths card. He stood there and would not take the groceries out the basket. He proceeded to instruct me to hand him the groceries 😲. The basket was within reach he could have proceeded to scan the items whilst l looked for the card. He waited for me to hand him the items. All of this whilst chatting to his friend who was stationed at till 9. The cashier who assisted me was at till 10 around 13:20 his name nkosi
