I have been waiting for a refund from WW Dash for a month now

I have been waiting for a refund from WW Dash for a month now. The call centre people are *********** and confused about what is going on. I'm not sure who to speak to at Woolworths who will actually be able to help me. I've spoken to numerous people who don't know what to do. I am a frequent WW Dash user and this is beyond upsetting. Shocking and appalling service!
