I have been trying to login or register since July, after they updated the new app

I have been trying to login or register since July, after they updated the new app. Not winning, sent emails and calls, promised to assist, not happening till to date. I’m loosing points because of not registering. They don’t care about their customers when they practice excellence in their business.
