I have a problem with Woolworths Financial Services

I have a problem with Woolworths Financial Services. I had a credit card and store card with them and went under debt review in 2016. The Account was being paid over by debt review and was left with a balance and they handed it over to lawyers who are saying I am owing Woolworths for the full balance that was on the account when I started debt review. I have sent Woolworths Financial Services and the Lawyers the proof of Payments from Consumer Friend which was handling the payments but I am not getting any help. I am willing to pay the balance as of the statement from Consumer Friend but not the full balance. Can someone please help me out with this?
