I had purchased a large pasta salad from woolworths pavilion durban , the pasta was hard and it was not fresh , I had called customer care , they asked for pictures to be sent on their wats app group , which I did over a week ago, when I called in to ask for feedback I was told it was sent for testing, how can you test the food with pictures , the lady was rude and showed no concern, I am a regular shopper at woolworths, I expected better customer service from them and also their food quality should have been of the highest quality ,it was very disappointing.
