I don't care attitude

Bad......Bad service from Moletsane Mo***eng, clearly he's sitting in a wrong place, he should be at the back office counting stock or packing because dealing with customers it's not one of his strongest points, he's rude, disrespectful, arrogant. It's not the first time, I guess that's how he treats he's customers on a daily basis.

On Wednesday, I was at the store for an exchange, the guy kept quite the whole entire process, Yes we are not friends but I was expecting a greeting from him atleast, on Thursday I went back again, unfortunately I was assisted by him, and still no word from him, not even a greeting, I was exchanging 3 items which were bought on different days, I gave him the first item and he refunded me, once he was done I gave him the second item, he shook his head and I asked him what's wrong? he rep**** by saying you should have given me both those slips so that I can combine the refund, I said excuse me I didn't know, even when were done he just kept quiet and he left the till I then I assumed that we were done, I left.

That Guy doesn't belong there, maybe he needs some bit of customer service training I don't know, but something needs to be done, who does that???? Clearly you don't need your job, so yourself a favour by giving other people a chance.
