I did not get my cheese

On Saturday 11 April, I was in the que at Woolworths that is suppose to open at 8:00am according to the board. We even asked workers that worked there what time it opened and they said 8:00am. What makes this day different is that we have a national lock down and shops open earlier to accommodate people as much as they can. But not Woolworths, at 8:00 there is no sign of opening, we get rude workers telling us they open at 9:00. There is no visible signage that states because of the pandemic that the store will open later. I called the store while in the line and yes they apologized to me, but what about the other people in the Que that does not have airtime to call the store to find out what is going on. We all love your food Woolworths but that is not the way to treat people that keeps your doors open. Needless to say, I did not stick around because at that point I have been waiting since 6 outside to get inside. You can do better Woolworths.
