I called in Woolworths Food in Camps Bay to reserve an item and they agreed

I called in Woolworths Food in Camps Bay to reserve an item and they agreed. I then took an Uber to go collect my item and when I got there they had given it to another customer. There was no apology, and they were very cavalier about it, like there's nothing wrong. I am not happy with the shop.
