I bought Lays chips at woolworths with no expiry date and they made me sick.

On the 25th September 2017 at around 17:00 - 18:00 I bought Lays chips sweet chillie flavor at OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WOOLWORTHS foods.

I ate the packet at around 18:00 and in 30min after i reacted very bad ,having nausea,stomach cramps and my supervisor had to send home early at 07:00 because my shift was supposed to end at 22:00. When i got home at around 20:00 i started vomiting and diarrhea at the same time non stop,i suffered the pain the whole night running toilet till morning until i decide to go to hospital at around 07:30 on the 26 -09-2017 at vosloorus Botshelong clinix private hospital . I was treated at their emergency department and was discharged after few hours and booked off sick for two days. I then reported the matter at woolworths when i get back to work since i've realized that the packet did not have the expiry date on it,i spoke Mr X. Maluleke the manager on duty that day he reported my matter to their head office . I was then contacted by the Lays consultant who asked the questions and offered to send me the voucher by post and she further explained that i will be contacted again for further investigation which they did by requesting the supporting documents e.g. Picture of the lays packet i bought that confirms that there aw no expiry date, affidavit,medical report from the Doctor,and medical bills,i tried to follow up the matter no response till today. I just didn't understand that how can they send me R60 voucher for the same product that made me sick?i still have the voucher i didn't use it.
