I am still angry and lost for words!

I must say I have now had the most embarrassing and inexcusably horrible experience from any retail outlet I have ever visited. I went in to Woolies Cafe Rosebank for my usual coffee fix (which I get at least 15 times a month, not excluding all my groceries) and was chased away from the store by the manager on duty because I was 5 minutes early. Also note that I buy my staff R500-R600 lunches from your store daily too. I usually get fantastic service from Amanda (Barrister) but being kicked out of the store for arriving early is unacceptable. He tells me \we are not open can you leave!"Poor Amanda had the most disgusted look on her face. I have become very good friends with Amanda and Asanda even from back in the days when they worked in Sandton City including Bev who stills works in Sandton. Never ever have I been treated this badly. I am so disgusted and feel I have been removed from my second home. This is a massive problem Woolworths"
