I am not sleeping on the couch :-)

I have always been a fan of your brand, and a loyal customer, but today you guys took it to another level. I work far from home and sometimes unable to spoil my partner as and when needed, with today being an exception - I had to make a plan.... I contacted the Nicolway branch seeing that it was within a stone throw away from my partner's workplace (Samsung) - spoke to the Manager Msutu and asked for a huge favour. Needless to say, he did hesitate, told me what I can do from where I am... gave me his contact details so as to communicate via WhatsApp - sent pictures to illustrate and paint a clear picture of what it is that I am purchasing and made not only my day but that of my better half. I am forever grateful!
