I am never ordering from them again!

Their online customer service is infuriating. I ordered school uniform last year on the 17th of December. I had to call them every now and then in order to find out about the status of my order because on the app in remained on delayed. They don't respond to emails, and when you call them they don't give you clear responses except for what you already see on their delivery partners website. I tried contacting their delivery partner and they told me that I should talk to the store and not them.

Schools are opening on Wednesday and the order is being cancelled, mind you, I had to call them in order to find out about this. My anxiety is on another level!
