I am extremely not happy.

I app**** for a credit card on the 9th of October 2017, which was still in the time frame of their promotion. The promotion is as follows : "apply for a credit card before the 31st of October, and pay no fees for 3 months."I called the call centre after receiving my card and I queried this no fees promo and I was told that I will not pay any fees including interest and card fees. R300 was deducted from my credit account R150 for courier fees and R150 for initiation fee. I called and I questioned them about it and I was told I will get refunded that R300 in 72hours. Still today nothing, the last person I spoke to about the missing money in my account was rude. He said he will send me a transaction statement and he sent it like 4days later. I don't want to end my contract with them but I want them to be straightforward about everything and let me know where the other funds disappear to besides the bank charges and interest and When will I get my refund back?
