Hurt and unbearable pain

Today I went to woolies return my daughters shoes she complained about the comfortablity of the shoe then I went to woolies in Prominade mall Libarty when I arrived the was a huge argument between the supervisor and the customer that was in front of me then I asked what is happening then customer answered by saying she has attitude just because I don't have a slip then I asked to be help mean while the customer was call her husband asking for a debit card number coz I was rushing to work, then a gal called Carl took the shoe and asked for a slip then I showed her she said the slip card number is not corresponding with the slip then I asked her what do you mean? Then the supervisor budged in that senior with attitude that she obtained from the previous customer. Then I took my phone then I filmed the scene while I was doing that she said she physically attack me then I moved back second time she came and took my phone then I went straight to her with anger to fetch my phone and she was refusing with it we fought it back and forth in front of her team a manager who was on duty who later said I'm wrong, then I said you saw her physically attacking me and you kept quiet then I was crying with hurt I went to another manager who was on duty to explain the my cry she said I'm at fault they can take this shoes it is dirty the she asked for my details I went out crying to open a case to the Police station they followed me to open their case against me saying the have a footage the shows me attacking the supervisor and other manager came to the Police station who was wearing a Green T-shirt looked at me with hatred saying you a such a lair then he said we came to open two counts 1st one is to assault 2nd is the video I must be put in jail then the Police said both of us will we be jailed unless we made peace she was loud saying I need your ID number and your woolies card they took my card number saying I'm burned from going to that store I mustn't lay my foot there ever again as if I stole the shoe then they force me to delete the my proof I kept quiet they left the store then I went to work with tears in my eyes when I arrived my manager saw the hurt and the cry and metal state I was in I explained what happened at the woolies store I showed her the shoes and she was puzzled after a while I could feel my body was slowly shutting down they organis a transport to take be me home I went straight to the Dr I was breaking down they put me on the medication for an hours then I woke up they asked to come back tomorrow 24.11.2023 to fetch my medication for to come my nerves for the next coming 5 working day If you need that proof I will be keeping it massive headache I had after the ill treatment I have received from woolies promenade. Lastly she said I will search your details through your card number I will get everything I want about you are they allowed to dig my personal details?
