Hummus dressing explodes

I purchased the hummus dressing on Friday at The Gateway shopping mall. The best before date was 14 April. I decided to use the dressing on Sunday 14 April. I opened the bottle and the flew into the air. The dressing began to bubble immediately! I E-mail the Woolworths customer service and I have not received a response.
