Humiliation by Woolworths security and management

On 19 Feb 2016 I visited Woolworths at Cavendish branch- Claremont. The securty lady restled with me as I headed for the lift because something beeped and in her opinion I was a potential *****. She handled me so bad that my 6 year old son was terrified and humiliated. Amongst 3 management staff who came to the scene was Bryan who only showed remorse when I challenged him and a 2 others who asked for my slip w, the other asked why my groceries were not in packets except for my clothing item which I had brought back after shopping at food marked. since when is staff forced to take bags. You your management proved to be inefficient and lacking wisdom. I'm a professional and handle myself as such. I do shopping for my perishables in this store at least once a week, not that it's best but because its's convenient for me and I have come across a few staff members who are professional and have become aquaintances pitty they are not managers. Security let ********* get away probably with their help and deform characters of your very own valuable clients. I am still waiting for Carla who called me on the 20th, and made a million promises after admitting this was not acceptable.
