Humiliation and lack of service

I went to the store 16 March 2015 after 1pm to collect a Wooolworths Visa Card. The lady who authorises such action asked for my ID document.I have been in possession of this document since 1993 which means it's 22 years old.It's neat but her comment was that it has been tampered with. I found this humiliating & outrageous as I haven't had problems with multiple institutions I have used this with.<br> The Visa card was not supp**** with a new pin code as requsted
