humiliated and frustrated by disrespect carelessness

I have never felt so humiliated and been made a fool of by the Centurion staff when I went there to get my store card the lady who assisted me by the name of Rossetta was so politely rude when I had a problem with the address that I was using that she told me to call the customer care to change my details she then proceeded assisting the next customer as I was busy on my cell phone she rudely asked me why am I using my cellphone to call in the customer care I told her she never offered me the opportunity to use the in store phone to make that call she told me I'm rude and loud I then asked if I can be given the opportunity to speak to the manager she told me the manager doesn't know anything about FICA and won't assist me in any way even if I complain as they are the only ones who are able to work with cards I asked again to speak to the manger she told me the manager is not available as the manager won't be able to assist me after she finished assisting the other customer.the very same customer(white lady) tried to intervene as she was concerned about the treatment the lady was giving me. she then called the customer care and told me to tell Rossetta to give me an affidavit from the store to be signed by the house owners where I'm currently residing I asked her where must the owner fill in she said she must read the form I then left when I came back to the store I found another lady which I did not get her name she told me the form has been filled incorrectly she won't accept it I then asked her where must the owner fill in she asked didn't the person who gave me the form show me where the form must be filled I told her no she did not and I told her the reason that the owner of the house lives in Pretoria north and now its going to be the second time I have to drive there for a signature and I'm using petrol to get there she became ****y towards me and told to refill the form I then asked her as well to speak to the manager she refused to tell me who the manager was I then told her I think this is not my day and maybe I should forget about this account and leave it she told me to go back to get the signature and she then marked the form where to sign. I then left and fetched the owner of the house upon my return the other who turned me away quickly left the station where cards are done I found rossetta and she acted as if she concerned as to why did I have to bring in the owner of the house I told her I've driven more that 170 kilometres three times after been turned away to and from where I got the owner to get the signature and each time I'm turned back she acted nice as if she was concerned to my surprise her name tag was upside down and partly hidden by the collar of her shirt and each time I tried to look at it she turned away so that I would not be able to see her name after being helped I asked one of the woolworths employees the name of the lady that assisted me. The treatment I got from these two ladies shows the level of courtesy given to customers depends on the colour of your skin.
