HUMILIATED AND BELITTLED BY WOOLWORTHS MUSGRAVE

Good day

I write this in absolute disgust and disappointment

I placed an order online on the 30th September 2020 which was approved and paid for delivery the 3rd October 2020

On the 2nd October due to unforeseen circumstances I had to change the order from delivery to collection,

I then called customer services to make this arrangement was done with one of your call centre agents who then linked me to Ntobeko at Musgrave who was very friendly and advised that I can collect as per my request and that I should request to speak to Rivash as Ntobeko would be off on the day I need to collect

On the morning of collection I get to Woolworths Musgrave I advised the cashier that I am there to collect an online order she then went to “get my stuff” upon her return Rivash came and 1. Handed over a bottle of da-alc beverage that I did not order, upon enquiring that this is not the product I had ordered he then very arrogantly told me and I quote ”the bottle you ordered broke so you must take this here” it was hurtful the manner of approach he had but I accepted 2. I then realized that the flowers I ordered were not given to me when I asked about the flowers he said “we have no stock of that” I asked that can I atleast have a substitute and I also asked why was I not advised the day before he then said “you must read the paper there are terms and conditions there” the other cashier who said to him “can we not get from the other branch” Rivash quickly responded “who is gonna go there because I am not?” and he left!

This was very disappointed as for many years I have worked at the Musgrave office towers at the musgrave centre and had been supporting Woolworths on a cash basis!

I have never felt so humiliated and belittled by someone who I have paid to render a service! And to make matters worse all of this drama was done in front of other customers

As much as I love woolworths food and clothing but I am honestly saying bye as I value myself more to be treated like *******!!
