How Woolworths stole Xmas!?

I had the pleasure and privilege of buying my daughters Xmas clothes at Woolworths Kolonade.

Upon fitting the new clothes on the kids I found that some items did not fit well.

I went back to Woolworths Kolonade to exchange the items.

I was "assisted" by a Surprise Mohlala who I suppose was in to much off a hurry to knock off that she forgot about basic customer 101. She exchanged 2 of the items I had brought in and finalised them without saying a word to me and dumping my reciepts on the counter and not informing me of the finalised transaction.

While I was waiting there to finalise the exchange of two more of my items a gentleman called "Jan" apparently called me to"assist" me. He first of all could not even articulate himself well enough to be understood. On top of that he was rude and unwilling to provide proper customer service.

Woolworths Xmas time is a magical time. A time full of wonder and joy. Please teach your Kolonade colleagues customer service 101. This is completely unacceptable and not what I would expect from such a wonderful retailer.

I am deeply disappointed.
