How must I pay you

I have been struggling for more than a year to get the banking details in order for me to pay my credit card, the more I explain that my credit card was ****** and the account in arrears no card will be issued. Every time I ask, a promise that you will send me the banking details. The interests keeps piling up, and I cannot get the banking details.
