HOW LONG IS A CREDIT LIMIT INCREASE SUPPOSED TO TAKE ????????

I app**** for a credit limit increase in January. It's three weeks later and i still have no outcome after sending my documents through more than four times already . Is there anybody in the relevant department who can assist me please or who can process the application???????
