How long does it take to recieve a store card?

I find it utterly ridiculous that I have STILL not received my store card after over 3 months? what if I was to treat my monthly payments with the same attitude? woolworths never fails to send payment reminders even before the due date which I never let lapse but are uninterested in the inconvenience that they put customers through when they constantly have to reapply for these ridiculous temp card papers every month. I have also app**** for a secondary card for my fianc? as I work out and cannot be there to produce my ID at every purchase - that too is proven an impossible task by woolworths. surely it shouldn't be easier to get a new debit card from the bank then it it to get a store card? disgusting customer service! they never reply either.
