How long does it take to get a paid up letter?

The is nothing absolutely boring like an awful customer service - I am always getting from Woolworths.

I think they need to change their slogan "The Difference" I have paid up my account last Tuesday and asked so many times for a paid letter! Still haven't got it but with other accounts it only took 1 day basically the next day.
