How crazy is Woolworths though. Charging service fee even with accounts not owing

Woolworths is making us pay monthly service account fees even when your account is fully paid up. You will just see your account amount balance growing without using it. I have never experienced such ridiculousness. I’m going to close my store account. They just want to see people in debt. There’s no way I’m going to milked by Woolworths. I’m so disappointed, nothing can justify this , absolutely insane. I hope most people can just cancel thier store cards so Woolworths can see how ridiculous this is.
