Hot food counter mistakes

I just arrived back from the Ruimsig Woollies where I bought lunch. One of the items was a steak & kidney pie, but when I came home they gave me a chicken pie instead. I checked again on the packet and it indeed shows steak & kidney. I called the branch but nobody was able to assist. I also can't simply pop out to go back to the store because of lunch time constraints.

The bad thing is that the pie was for one of my colleagues and they don't want to eat this chicken pie. This might be only a pie, but it is someones lunch for today.

Why could nobody help me when I phoned them? And what now, must I simply accept that this store has again made a mistake with the food?
