Horrified & disgusted

Went in to do some shopping since am expecting a baby quiet soon. The escalator going to the upper level( babies section) was not working, non the less I still made my way up. After I picked up some baby clothes, went straight to the till as they were about to close shop. I told the lady at the till I would like to live some items behind and she said something nasty and disgruntled went on to ask where did I pick up those things that I want to live behind. I asked her why she she behaved that way towards me and her answer was \ am tired\". So I asked her so we're you suggesting I take these items back to the floor. These items were within a few metres, you could literally see where they are standing where she was. She continued to be rude and started answering back when I challenged her about her bad attitude. Her Supervisor came and tried to diffuse the situation and asked her to keep quiet but she disregarded her as well and went on talking . She could not control her as well. I have never seen such disregard, disrespect for people.I now want to return all the merchandise and want the account I have with Woolworths closed. "
