Horrified

I was contacted on Tuesday to sign a contract for a store card the agent said they will email me the contract as well still waiting. I sent the documentation through Tuesday. It is Friday and I am still waiting to hear when my card will be delivered. I get told there is a backlog it is impossible to have a backlog since Tuesday. If u guys don't want my business then I will go elsewhere.
