Horrific service received from Woolworths insuranc

I have power of attorney over my parents affairs. My father is 70 and my mother is 63. <br> My parents were in an accident on Thursday evening 30.04.15 at 19h50pm 20 kms away from Lainsburg.<br> Call was logged, spoke to Thando - Advised my parents that the tow truck will come from Worcester and why can they not stay by their daughter, I am 800km away<br> Tow truck arrived before 2am Friday morning, police had to drive parents to selfcatering unit to book in<br> Friday morning - insurance called they cant do anything as its public holiday, they can only give a car on Saturday<br> Saturday - No courtesy car as its not on my dads policy, instead they need to pay for car hire R 1900, and they need to fetch it in Worcester, or it can be delivered for another R 2600 to lainsburg. <br> Parents spent R 1750 on accommodation, R 1200 for trailer to be released, R 5000 petrol to ask someone to take them to krugers dorp and back.<br> On Monday 04.05.15 they called my parents apologising saying that they have a courtesy option and wants to send the car!!! By then my parents were long in Krugersdorp already.<br> Im disgusted in this service and I need an answer from them why my elderly parents were treated this way<br>
