Horrific experience with your staff!!!!

On Sunday the 25th March, my husband and I went to Woolworth in Zevenwaght mall to apply for a secondary card.

As we approach the lady at the desk Ronel Bowers assisted us. We had all the relevant documents with us, however, my husband never had his ID only his drivers which should be valid enough.

Ronel (assistant as Woolworth) had a horrible attitude and as we provided her with the documents she argued that she will not accept my husband's driver and will only take the ID. However, moments ago she assisted a gentleman in front of us with his drivers!

Appalling behaviour and attitude from your staff, I am truly disgusted in the service we were given. I am a loyal customer and have been with Woolies for a long time and never been treated so badly by your staff.

Please urgently contact me regarding this issue.
