Horrific customer service

I have been calling customer care for the last 3 days...I've been transferred from this person to that and even hung up on...my final straw was when I held on the line for 2 hours for a customer service agent...nobody picked up... I need a store card but the customer service team is pathetic for such a huge brand... Supposedly the face of your brand but this is **********...
