Horrible Woolworths customer service people.

Terrible customer support for their rewards program. There is not much to say. I've spent over R50k in the last year at this shop, with their rewards card. Long story short, I'm not complaining about that, I am upset with their arrogant customer service agents. I've been treated like a dumb child all the way through the process of requesting support and logging my displeasure at the total lack of support from Woolworths. I've never dealt with a more arrogant and un-caring bunch of people before. If you want to feel like a naught 4 year old again, try and get service from woolworths.
