Horrible treatment from woolworths conurbia mall
My husband bought animal print shoes at woolworths west street for me, the shoes where painful so I decided to take them back to conubia woolworths. They refused to take them back until I said I am not taking these shoes back home with me and that was 3 months back. I have been to get feed back however they keep promising that someone will call me. Nobody has called and their service unpleasant. I don't know what to do anymore.

29 Jun 2023, 16:47Si today I decided to drive to woolworths in conubia mall hoping to have a different answer regarding my shoes and guess what Joy Orgle told me the same story that they will contact me. I'm sick and tired of the excuse that I'm receiving from them and the unprofessional behavior and treatment. I shop t woolworths all the time because I have confident on their brand and quality but I'm shocked and disappointed by the service I'm receiving.
