Horrible Shoe quality!!!
Hi. I purchased boots last year end of July. As winter was long gone. I only started wearing them sunday night. After a few steps the block heel broke. The shoe is clean under and shows that it’s never worn. Took the shoe back to Fourways branch where I bought initially. They refused to refund me on the quality issue. I am beyond disappointed as I have never ever worn this shoe ever since. What am I going to do with this shoe now? The service was horrible and the staff had so much joy and pleasure in telling me how they will not help me!

28 Jul 2021, 09:08 Good dayI logged a complaint on the 13th. I do understand then last week I wasn’t attended to due to the riots. However I still don’t understand why even this week nobody has rep**** or even called me. I have an account with Woolworths which I used for the poor quality boots I’m complaining about. I can’t even use the account because This trauma you guys are putting me through. Can somebody resolve this. I’m not going to waste my money for boots I never ever wore with your poor workmanship!
