Horrible service Woolworths Waterfall Mall Rustenburg

Yesterday 22 February 2026, myself and my Fiancé went to Woolworths in Rustenburg (Waterfall Mall North West) to buy him a suit for our wedding. There were 2 people on duty in the mens suit/formal wear department, I did not get there names, but you would be able to see who was on duty, it was a man and a woman. I went to the lady and told her "Good morning, I am so very sorry to disturb you...", she promptly turned her back on me and walked away to the man standing close by at the department's computer not far from where we were standing, he would have been able to hear me as well, both completely ignoring me. The ladies at the cosmetics department, there were about 5 of them standing and talking to each other (no one doing their job) just stared at us. No one offered to help us. We decided to leave the store. We went to a different store in the mall and bought my fiancé's suit there.

We encountered another ex woolies customer at this store that had exactly the same experience we had. The service at Waterfall Mall Woolworths is horrible. I could see the store was empty when we went in there, and I realise now why. Its an absolute horrible experience , the customer service is awful. I will not shop there again. I come from KZN and use to shop at Liberty Mall Woolworths for clothes and Howick Woolies Food for food. The service there is a thousand times better and the stores are always busy.

Your store in Rustenburg is heading down the wrong road. We will definetely not shop there again. We were so excited to get a suit for the wedding and they ruined the experience.
