Horrible service…. They should reconsider doing online business because the absolutely suck

How is it possible that I still have not received my refund that’s been pending since 23 December 2023?.. I am appalled by their online service and the staff. None of which are assisting! Horrible doesn’t begin to describe my experience!!!!!!!!!
