Horrible Service on my birthday

On the 28 June 2024, my husband took me out for a breakfast to the Woolworths Cafe at Retail Crossing. This has got to have been the worst service we have ever received. Firstly no attention was given to us as we walked in and then we ordered drinks and the incorrect drink was brought to my husband after a very long wait. Our waitress Vuye was most unfriendly and all over the show. When food finally came, my plate was dirty, there was some onion gravy on it, which seemed to have been from another dish. I pointed this out to one of the other waiters and asked to speak to the restaurant manager, who never even came forth. Vuye our waiter just brought the bill threw it down on the table and said my breakfast will be free. You need to teach your staff to treat paying customers with respect,we did not come for a free meal and they should take pride in doing their job or else your brand will be tarnished. I shop at the store often but will never go back to the Cafe ever again. The service was disgusting to say the least.
