Horrible service from Woolworths since upgrade of software in may

Since the upgrade in May i have placed to orders which ended up being delivered to the wrong address due to technical issues within Woolworths online upgraded system and have not received a call to apologize or my refund. The order numbers are 085098…. and 084691… what an inconvenience . I have to date for 2021 to early 2022 spent thousands in online purchases but yes customer support or Woolworths dont seem to care now that they made such an error. I am on crutches hence i been shopping online. Email me *** with my refund.
