Horrible service from woolworths online

I received the most pathetic horrible service with woolworths online..a month later my issue has not been resolved only time woolworths does something is when I call otherwise nothing is going to happen..now I'm waiting for a refund..what makes me angry there's no update from woolworths unless I call..so disappointed.. I can name all the people I have been in contact with..but I don't want to be that petty.. your staff is nit helpful at all
