Horrible service from Woolworths Menlyn Maine

Today I received the worst service ever from Woolworths in Menlyn Maine. The promotional vegetables for R70, there was no sweet potato and the gentleman in the vegetables section told me I could take one of the other items on promotion and I would still pay R70. I did as told but when I got to the till, the cashier charged me per item and told me I don't qualify for the promotion. Tumi, the supervisor on duty was not helpful at all. He was so nonchalant and just said I'd have to pay for each item. Avoiding a scene, I told him I was going to complain and he didn't care and just refused to assist even though I was ill-advised by one of the staff members. As a loyal Woolies shopper, I expected more but was met with disappointment.
