HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE

I visited Woolworths Sandton on the 02 Feb to do some grocery shopping late in the evening, me and my partner were both not aware of woolworths closing times, we had a trolley full of groceries and and didn't even realise it was time to close, we were at the toiletries section when we heard her telling one of her staff to call the \valentines couple\" and her remark was followed by laughs from the other cashiers, we were not aware of the store's closing time and to experience such customer service for a store that values it's customers it was very shocking coming from the tills supervisor, we felt so undermined as woolworths customers and the impression I got was if the supervisor carries herself in that manner then the rest of the staff will do the same. I don't plan to visit that store ever. "
