Horrible service

Worst customer service ever!!! I placed an order a month ago and I’m still waiting for delivery. I asked for my refund 2 weeks ago so I can go buy skin care somewhere else and they still haven’t sent me my money. I’m not sure how the expect me to not have skin care for an entire month and why they are refusing to give me my money. They are a ****.
