Horrible service at Woolworths Mall of Africa by the manager

I came into the mall of Africa branch. I had a voucher that was assigned to me by miway. The sms said to produce an ID or driver's license. I produced a copy of ID with a commissioner of oath signature. The manager MDUDUZI MALUEKE refused to use this as proof of an ID and was of no assistance to me. A commissioner of oath signs a copy of an ID so that you don't have produce an ID. Please educate your staff.
