Horrible service at woolworths grahamstown

I am highly disappointed with the horrible service I received from woolworths grahamstown, I went to do an exchange for a shoe on the 29th January, but as we walked in to the store there was no one to welcome us or to give us direction or explain the process of an exchange so we helped our selves, and when we got to the till point I was told that I cannot exchange a shoe that I bought on the 27th of January but today is the 29th of January the quality of the shoe was not satisfying and the shoe size was wrong but the Manger and the cashier were so arrogant and refused to assist me with the exchange.
